Are all the paintings genuinely hand-painted?+
Yes — every painting is made by hand by our partner artists, in natural pigments on handmade paper or cloth. Because of this, small variations in colour and line are natural and are not considered defects.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?+
Absolutely. For commissions, custom sizes or bulk and corporate gifting, reach out via our Contact page or WhatsApp and we will share options and timelines.
How do I track my order?+
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check order status anytime from your My Account page.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Orders above ₹999 ship free; smaller orders carry a flat ₹150 shipping fee.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Commissions may take 3–6 weeks depending on size and detail.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective work. Since every painting is made by hand, returns for natural variation in colour or line are not accepted — please review the photographs carefully.
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?+
Please email us photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery at gmarotia@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
How do I care for a painting?+
Hang the work out of direct sunlight and away from damp walls. Dust the glass or frame only — never the painted surface — with a dry, soft cloth.
Will colours fade on hand-painted items?+
Our artists use natural, archival-quality pigments that are fade-resistant under normal indoor lighting. We still recommend keeping the work out of direct, prolonged sunlight.
